Cancellation, Lateness & Disclaimer Policy

We require at least 2 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before your scheduled time will attract a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.
No-shows (failure to attend an appointment without notice) will be charged in full and may result in restricted future bookings.

Please ensure you are ready at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time (whether at the spa or for home/hotel service).
For late arrivals, your session may be shortened to avoid disrupting other appointments, and you will still be charged the full amount.
If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may be automatically cancelled, and treated as a no-show, with applicable charges.

Home/hotel appointments must be booked at least 2 hours in advance.
Latest home service appointment time is:
- 5:00 PM for mainland Lagos
- 11:00 PM for island areas
We only offer home service sessions to select parts of Lagos. Kindly confirm availability before booking.
A safe and appropriate environment must be provided for the therapist. Any behavior deemed inappropriate will lead to immediate cancellation of the session without refund.

You may request a specific therapist. For home service, we can send photos for your selection.
Please understand that requested therapists are subject to availability.

Our services are strictly professional. Any inappropriate behavior, requests, or harassment will result in immediate termination of the session without refund, and future bookings will be denied.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who breaches our policy or disrespects staff.

Our operating hours are 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily, and appointments are strictly by booking only.
